Are you planning any 2021 episodes? We have been looking on and off in TN since 2017 (boy do I wish we purchased something back then). Being Real Estate professionals I would love to hear your take on the current (yet ridiculous) Real Estate market, given that it’s probably why there are no new podcasts too busy to sit down and do one…. We are from upstate New York (Rochester area) and you can pretty much substitute “New York” for “California” in all your podcasts.
We were just down in TN the end of April on a property search as my husband is retiring in September. Although we would be able to get a good price for our existing home, purchasing one on the other end (TN) is also selling for a premium. We looked at over 30 properties (land, homes and foreclosures) and there were only a couple of prospects and we really couldn’t get excited about either of them. We set up a meeting with a Realtor (that we did a video meeting with prior to our trip) to which he did NOT show up. We also were not able to get the listing Realtors to call us back to view properties 🙁
I would really like to hear a recent podcast on what the CURRENT temperature is for the market down there from your perspective and your thoughts on where it is going in the near future.
